Annual Self-Study Retreat Programs
We are excited to announce our Retreat self-study program, new for 2022! This program will be starting on June 1st and is for anyone who purchases one of our primary courses. If you are buying a course now,
you are still eligible to receive a voucher on June 1st; once certified, we encourage students to take a self-retreat once a year. Each year you can register for a retreat voucher and choose where you would like to go. Please note that the voucher is good for you and a friend or just for you if you want to go by yourself. The retreat is not mandatory for completing your course, but we think it is a nice bonus and a way to unwind, recharge, and take time for your self-care at a very affordable price.
The Stress Management Institute for Health and Fitness Professionals™ provides our students with a complimentary getaway hotel stay bonus. We can give you this fantastic offer for free through our connections in the hotel industry, and we get access to unsold hotel rooms and can gift them to you. You may find that not every date is available as some dates the hotels have already marked as booked out, so you may need to be flexible with dates.
Once you receive your voucher, please click the link and redeem it ( you will have 12 months to plan and book your trip ). The hotel room is free, but we cannot avoid government taxes and booking fees on the rooms. For example, it's a $250 a night hotel room, which is free. The taxes and booking fees will be approximately $12.00 to $15.00 a night (but it does vary from location to location), and obviously, the only other main costs you will have are your flights, food, and car rental. A fifty-dollar deposit is required at the time of booking, but you will be refunded forty dollars after taking your trip. The total cost of the room would be $50.00 for two nights and three days, and If you bring a friend, you may split the cost. The room types available are for a maximum of 2 adults, and at least 1 of you must be over 21. Please note that all trips are non-refundable once booked due to pricing being so affordable. You can also have more days added to your voucher at a preferred rate when you book your trip.
